In 2012, Nick joined State Farm and began his journey as an agent in Ashtabula. Through hard work and determination, he quickly advanced in his career, becoming the Sales Leader for the Youngstown market in 2015. During this time, Nick focused on developing agents, recruiting new talent, and offering guidance to improve their businesses.
